No — they're starting points. After a short call to understand your actual requirements, I'll send a fixed quote before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
What's included in the support period?
Bug fixes and small adjustments related to the delivered scope. New features requested after launch are quoted separately.
How does a security testing engagement work legally?
Every penetration test starts with a signed scope-of-work and written authorization before any testing begins — this protects both of us, no exceptions.
Can I combine packages from different categories?
Absolutely — a Builder website plus a Recon security check before launch is a common combo, and I'll work out a bundle rate for it.
What payment terms do you use?
Typically a deposit to begin work, with the balance due on delivery. Larger projects can be split into milestones.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes — the pricing above is in EGP for local clients. International projects are scoped and quoted in USD instead.
